Tell us clearly if something has gone wrong.

We want concerns raised early and handled in writing. Making a complaint will not affect your freedom to accept or reject a property proposal.

We log and review it

We will acknowledge the concern, review the relevant communications and documents, and ask for anything genuinely needed to understand the issue.

You receive a written response

We will explain our findings, any action we propose and any further route that applies if you remain dissatisfied.
