We call within 24 hours, ask a few questions and book a telephone consultation. We discuss a guided offer and the right buying route, then visit the property if you want to go ahead. A formal offer follows by email, normally open for 14 days. We contact you the next day to answer questions. If you agree, we issue a sale memorandum naming the buyer, introduce your solicitor or work with yours, and our progression team gives weekly updates through to completion, with aftercare after.
