Is 7 days guaranteed?
No. Seven days is our target for a suitable expedited purchase, counted from when your solicitor has completed the initial checks. It depends on legal readiness and the agreed terms, and dates are never guaranteed.
Is NPB Direct always the quickest route?
Usually, because we use our own funds and there is no chain. NPB Investor normally runs to a 28-day target because the buyer needs time to arrange funds.
Can I use my own solicitor?
Yes. You can use your own solicitor, or we can introduce one. Our contribution of up to £1,500 goes towards your own solicitor and is paid on completion.
Do I have to choose a route before I call?
No. On the first call we explain both routes and the likely timescale for your property. There is no obligation to go ahead.
